Navin Reddy, Managing Director
A former financial journalist and editor with experience of the re/insurance, risk management and derivatives industries, Navin was most recently a consultant and strategic risk analyst for a leading business intelligence firm. Navin has also had management experience in the mobile telecommunications, new media and public relations sectors.
He is responsible for ensuring that PRO intelligence’s clients receive timely and predictive analysis on the huge range of risks that potentially threaten their businesses, such as terrorism, corruption, organised crime and adverse political/economic/social climates.
Navin’s approach involves identifying key issues for clients, assessing the risks and providing options for decision-makers. Trained at the London School of Economics, he is a fluent French and Telegu speaker with working knowledge of German, Italian and Spanish.
Frank White, Senior Consultant, Political Risk & Corporate Intelligence
Frank is a London School of Economics-trained political analyst, and Ronin (South Africa)-trained close protection (PSD) operator, with expertise in military and business intelligence, unconventional due diligence, security and investigations. He is able to advise clients, both strategically and tactically, on political risks and commercial threats, from political overviews and travel briefs to on-the-ground protective security.
Frank’s clients have, amongst others, included the US State Department in Baghdad. Previously Frank worked in Strategic Risk Management at KPMG and for a niche commercial intelligence firm.
Frank’s military experience includes the Paras and Intelligence Corps. He speaks Spanish and French and has advanced protective driving, trauma management and martial arts skills.
William Rhode, Senior Analyst, South Asia & the Far East
Will is a seasoned risk management and financial journalist/analyst with extensive experience in India and the Far East. He holds a combined honours BA degree in Politics and East Asian Studies from the University of Newcastle.
Will is also a keen traveller and has written for a number of the UK’s leading newspapers on a variety of travel issues. Furthermore he has been involved in the research and publication of stories concerning some of the world’s more risky environments, including the refugee crisis in Croatia during the last Balkan conflict and the Karenni refugee crisis in Thailand during the mid-1990s.
Training
Jonathan Bullock, Senior Consultant, Training & Close Protection
Jon served for seven years in the British Army Royal Military Police, three of which were spent conducting close protection operations overseas in support of the military, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and other government agencies.
Since leaving the Army in 2003, he has provided security advice and guidance to prominent individuals and major corporations.
Jon is a founder and director of Krav Maga UK Ltd, a leading provider of training in the Israeli Self Defence System, Krav Maga, and personal safety education.
He is certified as an Emergency Life Support Medic by the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
Jon is currently studying part-time for a BA (Hons) Degree in Professional Studies (Security and Risk Management) with the University of Leicester.
Since joining PRO Intelligence in 2006, Jon has assumed overall responsibility for our Hostile Environment Preparation Training courses, as well as providing ongoing support for our close protection operations.

PRO Intelligence’s network of operatives in this area – who for obvious reasons remain anonymous – are drawn from the cream of UK special forces and military intelligence. Major Robbie X
A former Troop Commander, 22 SAS, Robbie was awarded the Distinguished Service Order in the Falklands with the Parachute Regiment. A 22-year Para and Special Forces veteran, he saw active service during the Iran-Iraq War, the first Gulf War, Congo-Zaire and Colombia amongst others.
Robbie has commanded and trained close protection details for foreign heads of state and also holds a 7th Degree Black Belt in Aikido. Robbie has extensive experience of physical penetration testing of supposedly secure installations and is an expert in reconnaissance, surveillance and covert operations.
Steve P
Steve is an experienced intelligence manager, risk assessor, analyst, linguist, instructor and administrator. He is accustomed to working on sensitive operations whilst reporting to board level clients. He has management experience across a broad spectrum of areas of responsibility in a wide variety of environments. Steve readily embraces working abroad in hostile and harsh environments.
He is a Russian language interpreter and Albanian linguist, with 23 years service in the British Army’s Intelligence Corps. He has experience of managing intelligence sections, as well as technical and human resources, in operational headquarters at expeditionary and national levels.
Steve is also a member of American Society of Industrial Security, is currently studying for Certified Protection Practitioner qualification and expects to qualify in November 2006. Steve is also a qualified ISPS Maritime Security Assessor.

Lee L
A trainer and penetration tester with over 16 years’ experience – 13 of which were as a special telecommunications operator within the armed forces – Lee is an experienced systems engineer and designer with excellent diagnostic skills. Lee is currently focused on providing security consultancy for blue chip organisations on a global scale.
Neil C
A network manager and security consultant with 10 years of experience, Neil is currently responsible for the network infrastructure of one of the world’s largest ISP’s & entertainment companies. Neil is a Certified Ethical Hacker and a Linux guru with a strong security bias.
Konstantin M
A network consultant specialising in the management and implementation of Windows-based networks, Konstantin has 12 years of IT experience under his belt and currently works as a technical author and trainer in Germany and the UK. Professional Qualifications include: MCSE and MCT.
Vincent L
A trainer and consultant with many years of penetration testing and system hardening experience, Vincent is currently consulting for a multinational, as a forensic investigator and penetration tester. Professional qualifications include CISSP, CHFI & CEH
